We are hosting a free women's boot camp and yoga class every other Saturday here at Bible Park for all fitness levels! We have a lot of fun with constantly varied workouts and will give you new techniques and movements to take home. Our Boot Camp class will start promptly at 9am and will incorporate a warm up; dynamic stretching, metabolic conditioning, and a core work out. Immediately following we will host a one hour yoga class to slow the pace down and enjoy the outdoors!
